The Raven and the Writing Desk

Hello, readers! This is my first post, obviously, and I have the same question you might have… why am I here? Well, I’m here because my brain has way too many thoughts about the most random things, and writing them down is the only way to get it all out without completely annoying all my friends with my constantly changing special interests. You’re hopefully here to read it all.

So what do I intend my blogs here to be about? Pop culture- specifically horror, but also everything made in 90s because I am an elder millennial and long for the era of my youth. I am also an indie author, so I will probably write blogs about my journey as well as tips to avoid all the headaches I’ve gone through along the indie publishing road. I’d very much like to get into freelance writing as well, and so I’m hoping that starting a blog will help me practice and begin gaining the confidence to reach out for paid gigs.

As an AuADHD individual, I can assure you that everything I write on this site will be one of my special interests and therefore well-researched and as factual as humanly possible (save for my opinions on which I always welcome respectful disagreement). I am basically here as an outlet to voice my love for the things I’m passionate about, so I hope you will take this journey with me and enjoy my rambling as much as I’ll enjoy writing it!
